He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2017, and the M.S. degree in computer engineering from the University of California, Riverside, USA in 2019.  He is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree with the ECE department, University of California, Riverside, USA.
